These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PolicyForge service, published by NAGASHIELD SECURITY (French SAS, share capital €1, Paris RCS 989 235 999, registered office: 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service description
PolicyForge is an online (SaaS) service that lets you generate, edit, export and store information security policies from bilingual templates.
2. User account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscription and billing
The service is offered as a Free plan (limited) and paid plans (Pro, Business) billed via Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled from the Billing page. You may cancel at any time; no refund is due for the current period, except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use PolicyForge to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt unauthorised access to third-party systems or accounts.
- Upload or generate illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Disrupt or overload the service (mass scraping, unauthorised penetration testing).
5. Intellectual property
PolicyForge and its templates remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the policies you generate, including freely sharing them within your organisation and with your employees and partners.
6. Data and privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Noticeand our Data Processing Agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
Generated policies are templates to be tailored to your context; PolicyForge does not replace legal advice or a professional audit. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid for your subscription over the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the "My account" page. We may suspend or terminate access in case of serious breach, after reasonable notice where possible.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
